Is Hypnosis safe?

Hypnosis is absolutely safe. You will definitely not lose control during hypnosis. You are in control the entire time while experiencing hypnosis because you have greater awareness than when you are fully awake and you retain all the power to select what you want to say or do. You will not do anything in a hypnotic state you would not find acceptable in your normal waking state. Hypnosis is a state of consent between the hypnotherapist and the client. Hypnosis cannot be achieved without this state of consent. If you do not wish to follow the instructions of the hypnotherapist, there is nothing the hypnotherapist can do. You are in control the entire time in spite of everything to the contrary which you have heard.
